Working width 500 mm. This machine is suitable to produce rolled loaves of hard and non-standard dough. Weight range from 50 to 2000 gr. Loaves get out laterally. It can be used simply as a moulder. The machine is supplied with three tables to produce loaves in the desired shapes.
